Defending Libertarianism through Rethinking Responsibility for Consequences

This article defends indirect libertarianism against those arguments which attempt to show that blameworthiness cannot be traced back earlier blameworthy acts in most cases. More precisely, I focus on according responsibility cases because agents are unable foresee the distant consequences of their . Since claims we responsible for many actions, omissions, beliefs, attitudes they can free acts, success tracing would fatal libertarianism.
